Tori was born and raised along the beach in Southern California. After seeing the Rockies for the first time, she realized her heart and soul belonged in Colorado. She lives her life in constant inspiration of nature and the world around her, incorporating this connection to the Earth in her classes. She came to yoga as a form of healing, and hopes that by sharing this practice with others’, it will transform their lives in the same way it did for her. She sees the light in each and every one of her students. Her goal as a yoga teacher is for her students to see the infinite light within themselves, and harness that energy into the world. Tori also teaches yoga and wellness programs to youth in public schools. She is humbled daily by how amazing it is to bring children and teenagers this practice. Her classes are gentle and loving vinyasa flows taught from the heart!

Yoga Instructor

Monique has been practicing Hatha Yoga for 10 years.  Monique was inspired by the way yoga touched her heart and healed her from past traumas.   She graduated from a 200 hrs TT in 2019, studying under Derik Eselius and Brenna Hatami of Axis Yoga.  She teaches a Hatha style yoga class that focuses on cultivating an intimate space for your mind, body and spirit to grow by targeting intermediate asanas in an intentional manner with pleasing music to guide you during your personal practice.

Becky began practicing Yoga 8 years ago to help cope with anxiety. Over time, the practice of Yoga transformed her relationship with anxiety and turned into her trusted path toward well-being and wholeness. In 2017, she began to deepen her study of Yoga, training to become a teacher with the goal of bringing the benefits she had experienced to others. She completed an initial 200-hour teacher training at Yogaworks in Boston, then immediately jumped into another 100-hour training specifically on Yoga for Emotional Health. She then left her full-time job to practice and study Yoga on the road, eventually landing in Nepal, where she completed a 500-hour advanced training in the birthplace of Yoga itself. Becky is passionate about Yoga as wellness for the whole person – mind, body and soul – and seeks to make it accessible, comfortable, safe and fun for everyone! Outside of her time in the studio, Becky’s other passions include travel, hiking, photography and cats.

My name is Heather Stacy. I grew up in Grand Junction, CO where I graduated from Colorado Mesa University with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology Pre-Med. I then moved to Denver to attend the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where I earned my Master's Degree in Acupuncture. I found acupuncture at the same time that I was trained in Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Reiki I. I truly found my passion in acupuncture and energy work. The combination leads to a higher level of healing. My mission is to teach others about the alternatives to Western Medicine. So often we get patients who say that they have tried everything and acupuncture is their last hope. Chinese medicine works as preventative medicine as well as for acute situations. My hope is to educate others so that we are their first stop, not their last.

I received my massage certificate in 2000 from Brenneke school of massage in Seattle. I was trained in craniosacral therapy while attending Bastyr University for naturopathic medicine. The majority of my work time since graduation has been in performing deep tissue, Swedish massage, craniosacral therapy, and myofascial release therapy. I am drawn to massage because it is a way to connect with people and initiate change within them. I believe that when pain, stress, and blockages are removed from the body, healing can begin. I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your journey towards more optimal health.
